Angie Huber, a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, specializes in treating musculoskeletal pain and injuries and treats patient at the clinic in Ottawa, OH. At your first visit, she performs a comprehensive evaluation to identify the cause of your symptoms and collaborates with you to develop a personalized plan of care. Orthotic Fabrication:
Includes a thorough foot evaluation. Orthotics are prescribed to support alignment, reduce fatigue, and relieve conditions like plantar fasciitis, heel pain, shin splints, tarsal tunnel syndrome, and congenital flat foot.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
We specialize in comprehensive care for patients in Putnam and Hancock County experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, imbalance, vertigo (spinning), fogginess, or a wavy sensation. Because vestibular symptoms often involve complex interactions with the neurologic system and sometimes other body systems, we perform a thorough evaluation to identify the root causes and develop an effective, personalized plan of care. Treatment is often coordinated with an inter-professional healthcare team, and physical therapists with specialized vestibular training play a key role in recovery.

Concussion Management
Concussion Rehabilitation

Treatment Provided:
Vestibular rehabilitation, adaptation and habituation exercises, eye and head coordination tasks, balance training, cognitive strategies, graded aerobic exercise, and manual therapy.
Specialized Running Services
Running 2-D Gait Analysis
This analysis uses 2-D video to assess your running gait and identify muscle imbalances or impairments that may increase injury risk or limit performance. Suitable for novice to competitive runners, you’ll wear your usual running shoes and attire. Based on the findings, personalized recommendations will be provided to help you reach your goals.
Comprehensive Running Service — $350
Includes three 1.25-hour sessions designed to optimize your running performance and reduce injury risk.
Session 1: Pre-testing, development of an individualized exercise program, and running consultation
Session 2: Progression of exercises and consultation
Session 3: Post-testing, program finalization, and consultation
Testing includes:
Estimated VO2 Max field test (1.5 mile run or run/walk)
Cadence tracking
Power and limb stability testing
Biomechanical running analysis
Functional movement video analysis
Trunk and lower extremity strength and flexibility screening
Additional sessions can be scheduled.
Clients receive access to a private messaging system for ongoing support and questions.
