Running Evaluation often includes:
Power and limb stability testing
Bio-mechanical running analysis
Functional movement video analysis

Intervention: gait retraining, exercise programming, running program planning, shoe recommendations, and more.
The bio-mechanical and functional movement analysis includes 2-D video analysis with playback for patient training to assess and improve your running gait. The full evaluation helps to identify muscle imbalances or impairments that may increase injury risk or limit performance. These services are suitable for novice to competitive runners. Come to your appointment wearing your usual running shoes and attire. Based on the findings, personalized recommendations will be provided to help you reach your goals.
A one-time analysis is an option; however, additional sessions can be scheduled for follow-up training, progression, and analysis.
